Briefly, FDY yarns at SDSPL are produced at spinning speeds ranging from 4500 to 5000 rpm, integrated with intermediate drawing and heating, resulting in stabilization during orientation and crystallization. State of art DCS system and standard operating procedures, ensures effective monitoring and control of critical properties like Tenacity, Elongation and Shrinkage eliminating draw twisting and sizing process. This results in high quality, low breakages and excellent dying consistency in downstream process.

SDSPL has two plants installed for manufacturing yarns: Plant 1 with 50 tpd capacity and Plant 2 with 250 tpd capacity. State of art DCS systems, competent process technicians guided by SOPs ensure monitoring and control of critical parameters like tenacity, elongation and shrinkage, eliminating draw twisting and sizing process, resulting in high quality, low breakages and excellent dying consistency in downstream process (es).
